We would like to welcome your participation in the third annual Mark S. Pegoraro Memorial Golf Tournament to be held at the Highfields Golf & Country Club, Grafton, MA on Friday, August 26, 2011. Mark passed away in March 2009 after a gallant battle with cancer. Proceeds from this charitable event will be awarded as scholarships to local young men and women from the Ashland community as well as the Yawkey Cancer Research Foundation. The Tournament will feature a fun filled day of golf followed by a dinner with raffle, silent auction and live auction items.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to share in celebrating Mark's life, his passion for helping people, and his spirit of generosity along with his love for the game of golf by donating a raffle or auction item, or to join us as a tee or green sponsor, hole-in-one sponsor, or longest drive sponsor.

About the Mark S. Pegoraro Scholarship Fund:
The scholarships will be awarded to graduating Ashland Students, who exemplify the spirit, energy and friendship that Mark exemplified. The scholarship will be announced in the spring of each year and made available for the students first year of college. The committee is comprised of local faculty and staff as well as community leaders. Applications are submitted in the early winter each year. Awards are announced by April 30th.
